A REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL INFORMATION SYSTEM IN THE PROCESS OF EUROPEAN UNION
Abstract :
In this study, a real estate appraisal system which provides the production and presentation of real estate value maps according to the priorities of the policies of European Union and Turkey’s Geographic Information Systems was proposed. By means of the project, called as TADEBIS, there would be a contribution to the generation of a reliable urbanization policy. Besides accurate and current geographic value data will be provided to whom needs the real estate appraisal.
