HOW CAN A DISTRIBUTION BE MADE IN SOCIAL AIDS AND SOCIAL WORK BETWEEN METROPOLITIAN AND DISTRICT MUNICIPALITIES?
Abstract :
Recently, municipalities have been more prominent among local administrations which have been more prominent and increased social practice. Since,there are different units in municipalities, it has been discussed how to distribute services among these units.Even so, presenting same kind of social work and social assistance by both metropolitian and district municipalities that functions at the same region not only decrease efficency but also cause waste of resources. This study contributes the discussions between municipalities regarding service distrubutions.
