INVESTIGATION IN TERMS OF DEMOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICSOF THE FACTORS AFFECTING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN FOREST PRODUCTS INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES WITH QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Abstract :
The success of employees, which has the features needed to evaluate in many respects in industrial production systems, can be achieved by analysis of the elements affecting its study and bringing appropriate conditions. For this purpose, the determination of factors affecting employee performance and taking the improving precautions is among the indispensable elements for businesses. In this study, determination of factors affecting employee performance in the forest products industry and differentiation status in terms of some demographic characteristics of these factors was investigated. The survey data were evaluated by using the confirmatory factor analysis and analysis of variance located in SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 16.0 statistical software package, and the results were revealed. As a result, it was determined that stress, motivation, work environment, work conditions and job satisfaction are the factors affecting employee performance in the forest products industry. In addition, it was appeared that determined performance factors vary according to gender, age, position and total running time.
