Coastline-Coast Area Changes And Effects in The Delta of Hersek(Yalova)

The coastal areas always are change to influence of natural and human factors. Causes and origins of the changes influence to change of size, effected and scope. As a result of human activities in the coastal line in order to save space on the sea change fill work, affects the coastal area and in some geographic conditions behind. One of the areas experiencing the change of the coastal line and the coastal area of Hersek Delta. Hersek delta is located within the Yalova province in the Marmara region of the Altınova boundaries. Hersek Delta protruding into the Gulf of Izmit where the intensive usage of coastal and changes of coast in regions of country. East Hersek delta have except for the long term development of the natural morfodinamik of the delta that have occurred over the last 10 years within the process of the humanities (antropojen), where the changes originated in the area. A study of the changes coastline-coast area in coastal of Hersek delta which occurred from Landsat satellite images of 2004, 2009, 2014 and GIS. In this study, when developed in a very short time, changes of coastline-caost area are explored with effect of the mainly in coast of Hersek delta, whole area of the delta, Hersek lagoon and wetland in study area with other geographic features in the area of delta.
