Abstract :
The fisheries sector in our country all over the world as it is a growing industry. The biggest cost is feed for the sector and the feed directly affecting the quality of the final product is the most important factor. The feed quality is direcly affecting the egg quality, hatching rate, survival rate, growth performance, meat quality, training time and directly affects the price of the fishes. In this study, feed analysis methods were investigated and compared. Nonetheless, the raw materials, feed and processed food ingredients in the final product analysis and residue testing is mandatory in all HACCP, ISO, FDA and stages of quality controls protocols. In this case, it was searched and compared the analysis methods for feed, meat and raw materials. In this study, different two type fish meal (originate from Peru and China) are compared with analysis methods, procesing time and echonomical. Also we have suggested that equipments and methods suitable for echonomical and practical in fish feed laboratuary. As a result of all analaysis methods in private and faculty laboratuary, for protein Duma method, for lipit rootating evaparation methot, for fiber and ash clasical method and for moisture balance of moisture was founded the best of methods.
