Abstract :
The aim of this study was to determine the levels of organizational values based on the perceptions of teachers working in primary and secondary schools. Organizational values have been drawn attention as an issue in organizational and managerial processes in recent years. The sample of the study consists of teachers working in public primary and secondary schools located in Erzincan. In order to determine the level of organizational values, Organizational Values Scale developed by Yılmaz (2007) was used. The data was analyzed by arithmetic average, standard deviation, frequency and percentage as descriptive statistics, and t-test, one-way ANOVA. The results indicated that the perceptions of teachers toward organizational values in their schools were high ( X = 3,88). However, male teachers perceived higher levels of organizational values than female teacher regarding gender variable and also primary school teachers found to perceive higher levels of organizational values than secondary school teachers in terms of the grade levels of primary education.
