Abstract :
With the “FATİH Project in Education” we have entered into a modernization period. The purpose of the FATİH Project is to equipment the class environment with technology and make technology available to every student. It is aimed at eliminating the difference in levels between the students living in the different regions, cities and rural areas and to give them equal opportunity. The basic purpose of this study was to answer the research questions about the FATİH Projects’ pilot application. 200 instructors and educational adminisrators who work on the Project pilot application. Transcript of interwievs are analysis according to qualitative descriptive analysis technic. The data is analysis based on the CIIP model read the dimensions of conducted according to the context, input, process, product. Research findings directs out attention to the negative findings in context and input dimensions. Problems identified in context dimension are software, information technology use in instructional programmes, awereness in use of information technologies, educational e-content, training in service. Problems identified in the input dimension are use of instructional strategies in e-content, improper selection of instructional methods and techniques, and deficiency in planning for further applicability of the project in Turkey-wide.
