Abstract
The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship amongst knowledge sharing in organizations, organizational learning and intellectual capital (IC) levels of secondary education teachers and to create a regression model according to intellectual capital. The sample of the study which is determined with relational screening model consist of 408 secondary school teachers who work in Bağcılar district in İstanbul province. Mean, standart deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA, correlation and regression techniques were used to analyze the data. According to results of the study there were significant differences between IC and school type- professional seniority; knowledge sharing and school type- gender- professional seniority. There was no significant difference between organizational learning and the demographic variables. Organizational learning and knowledge sharing in organization variables identify %68 of total variance in intellectual capital. This result shows that organizational learning and knowledge sharing in organization are important predictors of intellectual capital.
