Analgesic (NSAID) usage in asthma
Abstract :
Nonsteroid antiinflammatory drugs are the most commonly prescribed drugs after antibiotics. As known, these drugs are mostly associated with the gastrointestinal side effects. However, the usage of nonsteroid antiinflammatory drugs could be problematic with the allergenic conditions like asthma. Therefore, it should be a crucial point to be carefull when a nonsteroid antiinflammatory drugs are offered. In this rewiev, mechanism which is provoked by nonsteroid antiinflammatory drugs in asthma and the knowledge of nonsteroid antiinflammatory drugs choice in asthma are mentioned.
