A rarely case with bilateral double middle chonca

A 34-year-old female with bilateral double middle turbinates was presented by a rare case. As an interesting and a rare case, double middle turbinate may be a cause of allergic rhinitis symptoms. Endoscopic sinus examination and coronal CT reveals turbinates and lateral nasal wall anomalies. We believe that detailed knowledge of anatomical anomalies in the sinonasal tract is critical for successful clinical management and important in allowing the surgeon to perform safe functional endoscopic sinus surgery and not to perform needless surgery to ostiomeatal complex.
