Title Of Article :
Experimental jaundice models in rats
Abstract :
Obstructive jaundice is a common clinical table. Often causes are biliary stones, cholangio- cancers and pancreatic cancers. It is important to elucidate the mechanism of hepatocellular damage caused by Jaundice; in order to development of a new alternative therapy in the treatment. Thus; experimental model of obstructive jaundice needs to be implemented successfully. Model of irreversible obstructive jaundice is usually implemented successfully. However, in models of irreversible obstructive jaundice, success in resolving jaundice; technical difficulties are present. Therefore, different reversible obstructive jaundice models have been developed. We wanted to evaluate experimental model of obstructive jaundice In light of literature and put forward practical application of technical difficulties. While planning experimental studies, for the success of the study, selecting a model applicable is important.
