Abstract :
Safely preservation of data, calling and updating when necessary very important for businesses or government agencies. To achieve this, the database programs should be used. However, the database programs that very important for businesses or government agencies are not used sufficiently in human resources (HR). The reason for this, the HR unit managers is not professional and the HR systems not fully supported in a material respect. Based on this scope of this study was prepared and tried to provide detailed information about information systems in HR and databases that form the basis of these systems. Then, developed a database that can be used in HR unit and usability analysis was conducted in order to determine that applies to what extent the developed database in framework human computer interaction. Survey method was chosen for usability analysis and prepared a questionnaire. Survey was applied to a total of 104 (86 men, 18 women) staff working at the human resources department. The applied survey study were analyzed. According to the results obtained from survey, the usability of developed database program has high rate. Moreover, developing the screens of the application and having more feedbacks is need.
