The Pine Nut Drying With a Solar Energy and Heat Pump Drying System
Abstract :
Because of pine nuts dried not used technical methods, some quality deteriorations are concerned and this is adversely affected on product quality. In this research which was done, energy saving and reduction of investment costs and high quality of dried products have been targeted by drying technic method in the dryer asssisted computer control, using heat pump and solar energy.
