Abstract
The aim of this study was to measure perceptions about municipality administration and municipality service satisfaction levels of people benefiting from municipality services in the city of Eskişehir by the method of binomial logistic regression analysis. 2110 individuals with the age of 18 and above living in neighborhoods of two districts municipalities in the city were selected by the use of stratified sampling technique among all of the districts in the responsibility of two sub municipalities of Eskişehir. At the first model, which was applied by using hidden variable about individual satisfaction, meaningful and effective variables on individual satisfaction were evaluated by sexuality, education level, profession, salary, and inhabitance duration in a neighborhood were assessed by evaluating questionnaire results. At the second model, the effects of the district municipality administration services, and services provided in coordination with the metropolitan municipality were analyzed with regard to individual satisfaction. The results revealed that responders were not satisfied with general services and services performed in coordination with the metropolitan municipality, while they were satisfied with municipality administration services.
