Abstract :

Issues such as quality definitions, aspects, goals and how quality can be achieved and assessed which are expected to be a guide in the processes, have a complicated form for implementing bodies on a cognitive level. Relations of these matters and how the relevant issues will be handled as a whole have more importance in complex structures similar to health institutions than in basic facilities. In health services, matters such as quality goals, how health service quality can be monitored and assessed are handled and evaluated in the scope of Health Services Multidimensional Quality Model, but no studies exist on how this model can be implemented. This study was carried out in order to propound how Health Services Multi-dimensional Quality Model can be implemented in health institutions and how it can be used as an assessment tool in cases where different standard sets or quality systems are preferred for implementation. Because of this purpose, in this study, the model is mentioned briefly and later implementation of the model tried to describe step by step. For further studies, it may be recommended to be carried out pilot applications at a selected health institution for the implementation of described pathway in this study
