Computing Numerator Relationship Matrices in Poultry Breeding by SAS Software
Abstract :
In this study, the importance of inbreeding, inbreeding coefficient, coefficient of coancestry for poultry breeding was determined. INBREED procedure commands and options of SAS software were described in detail. Inbreeding coefficients and coefficients of coancestry changes were computed with SAS INBREED procedure by parent-offspring, fullsib, halfsib and complex sample matings.
