Abstract :
The concepts of innovation and innovation ecosystem are the research objects which have been studied intensely in recent years. But altough there are many studies on these concepts in the literature, “organizational culture”, “organizational climate” and “organizational structure” concepts are not considered in the context of universities which have a key role on inhesion and continuity of innovation ecosystem. However, an innovation ecosystem can maintain depending upon the innovativeness of the units it includes. And innovative behaviour cannot be handled independently of the culture, structure and climate of the organization. Thus, this study aims to reveal the position of the organizational culture, organizational structure and organizational climate which are significant determinants of innovative behavior in the context of Ege University innovation ecosystem.
