Abstract
This research has been done to examine the relationship between organizational learning and innovation. Firstly, the theoretical part of research focuses on the concepts of organizational learning and innovation and relationships between these concepts. Then, findings of different studies performed within the framework of variables are shown. In the practice part, the research conducted by Istanbul Chamber of Industry in 2009 and considering production sales figures are implemented in the largest five hundred and the second five hundred industrial establishments of Turkey so as to determine the relationship between organizational learning and innovation. Findings obtained from field study indicates significant and positive relationships between organizational learning and innovation.
