PARTICIPATION IN THE BANK ELECTRONIC MARKETING APPLICATIONS: ELAZIĞ PROVINCE EXAMPLE
Abstract :
The purpose of the study, participation in the electronic marketing practices for identifying banks, participation banks is to evaluate the customer point of view. Data were collected by questionnaire method. The research population in the province of Elazig participation banks are customers. Elazig participation banks operating in four in-person interviews conducted with joint customers deducted, the total 46,500 units have been identified as a participation bank customers. In the selection of samples using simple random sampling of the entire universe is equal chance of getting into sampling is provided. Elazig participation banks operating in 450 survey forms distributed to the return of the 384 are provided. F and T test was used to analyze the data. As a result, the findings are interpreted and discussed.
