Abstract
Organizational culture is one of the important dimensions of the schools effectiveness. By the results of the study, organizational culture effects the processes of socialization, decision making and communication in the schools. In this study is tried to study the perception of Albanian and Turkish teachers about the organizational culture dimensions (socialization, communication and decision making dimensions) and the difference between these perceptions and according to the results is aimed to give suggestions. By the aid of teachers and directors alike, 132 in Vlora and 175 in Ankara, questionnaires are statistically evaluated. As a result; there is no meaningful difference in the perceptions of socialization, communication and decision making when Turkish and Albanian teachers perceptions are appreciated in individual. Also, there is no meaningful difference in the perceptions of socialization, communication and decision making when Turkish and Albanian teachers perceptions according to the independet variables.
