Abstract :
This study is aimed at researching through the activities of Multiple Intelligence Theoryaffects the students’ attitudes towards the art education lessons. In the study, the activities ofColorful Works were taught to the sixth grade art class by using two different methods. Oneof the groups was thought through traditional instruction; while the other one was subjectedto Multiple Intelligences Theory based art education. Following this, the attitudes of thestudents were examined. As a result of the research, academic achievement of the studentsthrough education based on Multiple Intelligence Theory is higher and more permanent thanthrough the one based on traditional education however there is not any meaningfuldifference between their attitudes.
