Project Based Learning Environments in Science and Technology Instruction and Students’ Problems
Abstract :
The aim of this study is to emerge students’ problems in project based learning environments including which problems they faced and the reasons of these problems. Case study was used in this study. The sample of this study consisted of seventeen students. Semi structured interview was used for data collection. Descriptive and content analysis were used in data analysis. Group interviews were done with 10 students group in this study. It was seen that, students didn’t compose creative production if they didn’t determine the project subject on their own. At the end of the study, it was found out that, students had problems relate to compose project models and to reach establishment for project. Proposals are presented related to establishment should be give support to students’ projects. Also students should be faced project based learning environment a lot.
