Abstract :
The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of school culture on academicians and students with regard to the opinions of the academic staff. The study is carried out in accordance with the Case study through qualitative research methods. The participants were determined with the criterion sampling method which is one of the purposeful sampling methods. The study group of the research is composed of the 12 academicians serving in the province of (alias). In the study, a semi-structured interview form was used as data collection tool. According to the views of academicians, it was found that the school culture had effects on academicians and students dedication to school, communication in the institution, motivation, the sense of responsibility, the interaction between them, guidance; students point of view on school, success of the students. Furthermore the results obtained that the visible side of schools affected the activities of academicians and students; sub-dimensions of school culture perceived generally positive and communication is seen as the most important dimension.
