In this case report, a 27 year old woman with a complaint of cough and diagnosed with pulmonary LAM, renal angiomyolipoma, tuberousclerosis was presented. Thorax computed tomography of the patient, who had normal pulmonary function test, revealed bilateral multiple cysts and bilateral multiple renal angiomyolipomas.
