Abstract :
Renal cell carcinoma is one of the common malignancies. Even after many years of treatment of renal cell carcinoma, metastasis to the distant organs may be seen. Here we present 52 years-old male patient with renal cell carcinoma metastasis to the thyroid gland 2.5 years after nephrectomy and discussed the differential diagnosis of the primary thyroid lesions with clear cell features. Possibility of renal cell carcinoma metastasis should be kept in mind in clear cell lesions of the thyroid.
