Abstract :
Amisulpride is an atypical antipsychotic, with a high dopaminergic D2 and D3 receptor affinity. It has been well, established that amisulpride can lead to increase in prolactin levels. In this paper, we present a case with significant higher in prolactin level than those reported after amisulpride use and rapid decrease in the hormone level after cessation of amisulpride.
