Abstract :
The geographical distribution of brucellosis is consistently changing with new foci emerging. Beside the disease in animals have an important economic impact, the public health concern of such an important zoonosis. The worldwide economic losses due to brucellosis are extensive not only in animal production but also in human health. Although a number of vaccines are being used for animals, no pleasure vaccine against human brucellosis. Brucellosis causes more than 500 000 human infections per year worldwide. When the brusellosis is controlled in the animal, there is a significant decrease in the incidence in humans.
