Essential Fatty Acid Effects on Human Metabolism and Nutrition
Abstract :
In this review study, the general structure of the fatty acids was first described. Then positive effects of essential fatty acids on human metabolism and nutrition was introduced. In this review study, the general structure of the fatty acids was described. The structure of the saturated fatty acid, monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids were introduced. Foods that are introduced to the Eikosapentaenoik Acid (EPA), Dekosapentaenoik Acid (DPA) and Dekosahegzaenoik Acid (DHA) were described. It was determined that the Then positive effects of essential fatty acids on human metabolism and nutrition was introduced.
