Abstract :
Ministry of National Education put into practice FATIH project in order to improve the quality of education. One of the components of this project is to improve the qualifications of in-service teachers training to organize their techno-pedagogical competences. For this purpose, in this study, 112 high school teachers who participated in-service training about FATİH Project in the center of Erzurum were included in this study. The findings were investigated by the Techno-pedagogical Training Proficiency Scale which was developed by Kabakçı et al. (2012). The main findings from these reports indicate that nearly half of the teachers’ had a moderate techno-pedagogical knowledge competency and there is no significant difference between teachers` techno-pedagogical knowledge competencies and their gender, teaching area and education level. Furthermore, when the findings were analyzed based on sub-dimensions of the scale, teachers’ had high-level in design sub-dimension whilst had low-level in ethics sub-dimension. The findings of the study indicated that the in-service training about FATIH Project needs to consider its techno-pedagogical contents.
