Determining Problems between Schools and Province and District Educational Directorates
Abstract :
Aim of this study is to determine problems between Gaziantep Province and District of National Education Directorates and school principals and to give some suggestions. To carry out this aim, researchers gathered data from face-to-face interview with 10 school principals and determined basic problem areas. Determined problems are about formal writing, meetings, general managerial skills, coordination. A questionnaire was constructed by using data obtained from face-to-face interviews Cronbach Alpha for the reliability is .91. The survey was applied 33 province and district directorates. Survey and interview data were analyzed. Findings were discussed in the framework of the related literature and some suggestions were made.
