Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the effect of trust, cooperation and responsibility on primary school principals‟ attitudes of democracy. The population of the study is composed of principals working in Elazığ Province elementary schools in the spring semester of 2009–2010. All the principals working in the province are given questionnaire which are handed back from managers (108) are evaluated. It is observed that skills such as cooperation and responsibility have a positive effect on the managers‟ attitudes of democracy and trust influences attitude of democracy through cooperation and responsibility positively.
