Factors Affecting Lifelong Learning
Abstract :
Lifelong Learning is an inclusive term sporting whole individual, social and professional, knowledge, skills and competence development activities. Lifelong learning covers a range of educational structures including formal, nonformal, vocational, technical and in-service learning. Related literature indicates relationships between various factors and life-long learning. In this context this paper aims to reveal factors affecting lifelong learning and relationships among these factors on a theoretical basis. In this study, a review research was done through used literature review method. Paper concludes with a list of factors constituting lifelong learning and a theoretical framework utilizing these factors. This framework represents such as cultural structures, skills, attitudes, competences, literacies and ICT factors within a scheme.
