Health Services in the Ottoman-Russian War of 1877-1878
Abstract :
The provision and subsistence of Asakir-i Mansûre-i Muhammediyye ,which had superseded the Janissaries, became significant problem for the Ottoman Empire whole of the XIXth century. Especially, the failure of provision in Ottoman-Russian War of 1877-1878 played a major role in loosing the war. In this work, the solution policy that Ottoman Empire adopted against the trouble related to supply of health service beyond and in the front-line of Ottoman-Russian War of 1877-1878 which pushed the Ottoman Empire into disintegration process.
