A Study of Developing an Assessment Tool for Social Justice Leadership Behaviors of School Principals
Abstract :
The aim of this study was to find out and develop valid and reliable data collection device on the basis of teachers social justice perceptions whether school principals employed at the ministry of national education exhibit leadership for social justice behaviors in practice. After literature reviews, assembling item pool, pre application stages, 39-items questionnaire has been applied to pilot study group.As a result of the analysis, the number of item has decreased to 34 and number of size has been designated as 4. Final version of form has been completed by adding views of 325 secondary school teachers. The results of this study showed that leadership for social justice measurement has proved valid and reliable data collection device used in determination of teacher s social justice perceptions with regard to measuring social justice leadership behavior of school principles in practice.
