Abstract :
Coronary stents have very important place with decreased restenosis rates. Very late stent trombosis is a problem of drug eluting stents but underlying mechanism is not fully understood. Protection of very late stent trombosis can achieved by optimal use of dual antiplatalet therapy and pay attention while novel stent design project. In this case report we present a very late stent trombosis with the diagnosis of acute anteroseptal myocardial infarction.
