Abstract :
Seminal vesicle cyst with ipsilateral renal and ureter agenesis is very rare condition. It can cause pain, infections and infertility also. Treatment choices are open , laparoscopic and the robot assisted laparoscopic surgery. Robotic technology offering not only a magnified 3-dimentional view and enhancing the tremor but also postoperative less analgesic reguirement improving postoperative outcomes with shorter recovery times and hospital stay. Here we reported our experience about robotic surgery for huge seminal vesicle cyst with contrast enhanged during abdominopelvic computed tomography which is accompanying ipsilateral renal agenesis.
