Abstract :
The subject matter of this paper is right to information and oversight of the members of board of directors. Several rights to information whose subjects are different have been arranged in the new Turkish Commercial Code. One of them is right to obtain information and oversight which are given to each member of board of directors personally (article 392). It can be exercised limitlessly during the meetings of board of directors and finitely before and after meetings.
