Abstract :
After fulfillment of transactions at the establishment stage, the corporation is registered to commercial registry Office and disclosure as well. The company gains legal entity with the registration of commercial registry. Registration has an impact of improving the legal defect. After the corporation registered to commercial registry office, the nullity cannot be put forward. However, the annulment can bring a case within three months from the announcement of the company s registration and termination (Commercial Code Article 353).
