Abstract :
The New Commerical Code (6102 numbered) is a new book which name “Carriage Affairs” as different from 6762 Numbared Commerical Code. This covers 850-930 articles. The Book has sections including general articles, good carriage, household goods carriage, multimodal carriage and freight forwarder. The good carriage section is the most important. Because this section covers all transport on merchandise except see carriage. This section is based on German Commercial Code forth book and CMR. Basically, Carrige Goods Section deals with carrier liability. But It also regulates carrier subsidiary performances, carriage contractual rigts and obligations, nature of transport bill, compansation and it’s count of compansation, compansation limits, non contractual liability, statue of limitation . The New Commercial Code has several changes in this subjects. My article involves this changing analyse.
