Abstract :
In our study after the concept of alternative dispute resolutions mentioned in general, mediation will be underlined. Not only the goals,but also pros and cons of mediation will be analysed and legal evaluations -taking into consideration of the mediation clauses in SMA,LLMA and BIMCO- will be made.
