Abstract :
The policy owner has a declaration obligation during the period of the formation of the insurance contract. Important changes have been made and new provisions have been brought related to the scope of the declaration obligation of the policy owner within TCC no:6102. This obligation of the policy owner has been arranged between the provisions 1435 – 1443. Within this article, the latest positive provisions which are believed to be very effective and useful while overcoming the frequently experienced problems related to this obligation are being rewieved.
