Abstract :
In this study, the prevention of violence in sport and the irregularity will be examined in accordance with the Article 18 of the Law No. 6222 came into force on 14.04.2011. The Legislator has issued a type of security measures (banned from watching), also issued a type of protective measures (ban from watching) in the Article 18. In this study, a type of security measures (banned from watching) and a type of protective measures (ban from watching) will be examined in light of the following frame: These measures in what way will be implemented; Whether or not these measures in question are an effective way to achieving the goal of the legislator. This paper has been presented in the “Workshop on the Prevention of Violence and Disorder in Sports” held in 17-18 June 2013 and organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Interior in connection with the High Council of Judges and Prosecutors.
