Abstract :
Post-marital maintenance has derived it’s justification from the post marital solidarity principle. As a result of this connection it is arrenged in the results of divorce case. The aim of the maintenance is to contribute the poor side unless the ability of self-support will be gained. At this point the clean break principle steps in according to bound the post marital solidarity principle.
