Retrial in Criminal Produre Law
Abstract :
In Criminal Procedure Law, it is aimed to eliminate judicial mistakes with retrial which is one of the extraordinary legal remedies. It is possible to retrial the crime, by retrial legal remedies in Criminal Procedure Code based on a certain number of grounds. The aim of retrial in Criminal Procedure Law is to contribute to attain substantive facts and to help to protect the trust in justice system and public peace, as well.
