Abstract :
This study deals with a Turkish Supreme Court’s decision on the time of commission of the offence “Fraudulent bankrupt” (Turkish Penal Code art. 161) and on its starting of the statute of limitation. We have briefly stressed the elements and properties of this offence before examination of legal problems in the context of criminal law principles.
