Abstract
Trading of organs and tissues crimes which are regulated in the 91th article of Criminal Code is dwelled upon in this article. The value of the organs and tissues increases economically, due to these can only be obtained from human being. In case of the transplantation of organs and tissues is allowed unlawfully, this may lead to a conclusion in favor of who has economic strength. Transplantation and amputation of organs and tissues has been brought to a legal basis with a self contained law. The transplantations and amputations which are performed in accordance with the law does not constitute a crime. In this article, trading of organs and tissues offenses are discussed with their elements individually.
