The Board of Directors Meetings on The Joint Stock Company
Abstract :
Board of management which is managing and representation body of incorporated company use their duty and authority about management as a board, in principle. In such cases, board of management meets in council and makes decisions. The route of company to be pursued in business life is determined in actions to be entered in accordance with these decisions. In this study, meeting of board of management and principles of decision taking were analyzed. However since acting as a board requires a specific organization before anything else, structure of board of management was mentioned briefly.
