An Overview to the Relationship Between Incest and Criminal Law
Abstract :
In criminal law incest is defined as the sexual relationship between adults whom marriage is forbidden. However it is still a matter of discussion whether incest should be regulated as a crime in criminal law. In this study in order to provide a solution to this issue, the problem is discussed primarily from the perspective whether incest is a way of execution of a right and whether it is a violation of a legal benefit.
