Crime of Production or Sale of Medicine That Risk The Life and Health of People (Art. 187)

History of using drugs to protect or recruit health is as old as the human history. Although drugs help people to protect and recure their health, they may also cause some side effects even leading to cause death. Because of these positive and negative effects of drugs, they have to bu produced and sold very carefully. Thus producing or selling drugs which are dangerous to life and health is regulated as a crime by the Article 187 of the Turkish Criminal Code. In this work, this crime is analysed by the following classical examination method and the content of crime is ascertained.
