Abstract :
The Constitutional Court reform which took place in Spain by the publication of the “Organic Law No. 6 / 2007” on May 24 2007, aims (amongs other things) mainly to block the Amparo applications which increases the workload of the court rather disproportionately. The aim of this article is to analyze the reform suggestions made by the Spanish doctrin and the draft of the Constitutional Court itself as well as the adopted solutions of the reform and the suitability of the solutions regarding intended targets.
